BXCO EULA

BXCO End User License Agreement

License terms that apply to the BXCO Excel add-in and related services operated by Comprista.

License scope

BXCO is licensed, not sold. Comprista grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the BXCO add-in and service under these terms.

If you use BXCO on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have sufficient authority to accept this agreement for that entity.

  1. Acceptance

    01When this agreement applies

By installing, enabling, or using BXCO, you agree to this End User License Agreement between you and Comprista.

If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the add-in or the related BXCO services.

  2. License

02What you may do with BXCO

You may use BXCO within supported Excel environments to query exchange rates, run add-in functions, and access documentation and support made available to authorized customers.

This license only covers internal, lawful use of the service under the subscription, plan, or commercial authorization approved by Comprista for your account.

  3. Restrictions

    03What is not allowed

You may not sublicense, resell, lease, distribute, publish, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of BXCO except where mandatory law expressly permits it.

You may not use BXCO to interfere with the service, bypass technical limits, automate abusive traffic, copy result datasets at scale, or infringe Comprista or third-party rights.

  4. Data and availability

    04Service, data sources, and uptime

BXCO depends on official data sources and third-party technical infrastructure. Comprista aims to keep the service available and reasonably accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete error-free performance.

Accounting, tax, financial, or regulatory decisions based on BXCO remain the user's responsibility, including validating that the returned data and requested date are appropriate for the intended use case.

  5. Termination

    05Suspension and termination

Comprista may suspend or terminate this license in case of material breach, abusive use, security risk, non-payment when applicable, or legal requirement.

Once the license ends, you must stop using BXCO. Clauses that should survive by nature, including liability limitations and rights protections, will remain in effect.

  6. Liability

    06Warranties and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BXCO is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Comprista disclaims implied warranties to the extent they can be disclaimed, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Comprista will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use BXCO.
